Thanks for taking the jump to receive communications from us. The goal of this email is to set expectations about the communications you might receive from SmarterSTEM (the bigger and better version of Electric Auto Shop).

No spam policy

We hate spam! And that is exactly why we will always make sure there’s a convenient unsubscribe link at the bottom of our communications. We also take the privilege of being able to email you very seriously, and for this reason, usually only send communications about once a week.

You can see these emails as our way of giving you early access to content that may eventually make its way into actual published curricula. In fact, for the time being, most content samples we publish get released here first!
Course samples, however, aren’t the only thing we post.. We also send out videos and other great goodies.
That said, we’d like to take a moment to make you aware of the fact that you can…

Our SmarterSTEM YouTube channel is new but is rapidly becoming populated with videos that talk about… our company profile, our recent presentation at the Educating for Careers Conference in Sacramento, how our Instructor Training classes work, how some instructors are using our course projects like our Racer8 electric kart assembly lab, building an Electric Car in your classroom and learning Solar Heat & Cooking technology.

In addition to the YouTube channel, there are a few other things we’d like to let you know about SmarterSTEM, including other great avenues to get content…

For those of you that like to listen to a podcast while on a long drive, exercising, or even sharing in class, we periodically release longer form conversations on our podcast channel where we’ve invited interesting people like admins, students and instructors, as well as other interesting inventors, entrepreneurs, and thinkers.

Mobile Apps and Social Media

For those of you that are looking to get a quicker SmarterSTEM fix, we try to post exactly one new story to our Twitter and Facebook every single day. We also often reply to your questions on there, so make sure to say hello!
